My biggest qualm with Hubspot when I was a sales rep switching from another CRM to HS, was that as a user I could not create “tags” to help me organize my accounts and strategize them.
Now as someone who works in the admin side, I know I can create a property with a multiple choice drop down, but my reps can’t add their own tags - they can only use existing ones from the drop down.
It would be super nice if HS had a “tags” option for both companies and contacts, or at least made it so that you can opt in to allowing users to create new options in a multiple choice drop down as they type them.
