On contact tickets, only properties of contacts with the lifecycle stage “Leads” are showing. Properties of other contacts, such as “customers” and “subscribers,” are not displayed on the tickets. How can this be resolved?

It sounds like the property section might have conditional logic applied to it.
You can check this by going to Settings > Objects > Contacts > Record Customisation > Default View.
When on the Default View screen, click Edit on the About this contact card. If you scroll down to the bottom you’ll see if there is conditional logic for the display of this card.
