A side note on bots/spam submissions, the company I’ve been working for has been getting profanities submitted via forms (e.g. first name: F***).
I’ve done my research into third party providers, there’s only a few providers, and they either don’t integrate with HS or their dashboards are clunky…
What would be great is for HS to introduce additional validation for forms.
HS already has the “block all free email domains” list but even this could be improved with a roll-out of a validation section for forms.
Instead of setting a block list per form, my request is for Hubspot to introduce a “form validation section” where you can tick on “block all free email domains” and add your “exclusions list” as well as “block common profanities” and add your own “profanity list” within your account/instance settings, and it applies across all forms/your acc!
At the moment there’s no functionality to block swear words or offensive language (profanity) which is a shame…
