Problems in adding email extension

To whom it may concern:

I am Maria Gioia Aragozzini completing the HubSpot Certification tasks. For one task, I added an email extension, however, it doesn’t reflect on my overall status. When I use Google Chrome, it says I installed the extension. When I use Safari, it doesn’t show me.

How do I resolve this problem?

Hi @mara The email tools are specific to Chrome only, and don’t function in Safari. However, I’m not exactly clear on the task you were trying to accomplish. Could you explain a bit further? Screenshots would be helpful also.
