Problem CTA not visible in Firefox

Hi everybody,

I’m having an issue with CTA only in incognito on Firefox browser.

Hope someone else had the same problem and could help me to solve it!

Looking at the page in incognito on Firefox i can see only the alt text of the CTA and if I look at the source code I can see this message:

Failed to execute ‘postMessage’ on ‘DOMWindow’: The target origin provided (‘https://app.hubspot.com’) does not match the recipient window’s origin (‘https://www.fontimedia.com’).

So, it seems that Firefox doesn’t like the fact that the CTAs come from outside the website domain.

How can I solve this issue?

Hi @EricaFontimedia, looking at the dev console, this looks to be a theme issue, not a HubSpot CTA issue, and I would recommend reaching out to the theme provider or developer to review.

why a theme issue? It seems a Firefox feature.

Also because I have the same problem i differet blogs.

It is not uncommon that a browser specific issue is caused by the way the theme is coded, this is why cross browser testing is so important.

If you’re using on multiple blogs with different themes and the issue persists, you’re probably right in that it is a Firefox issue with the CTA itself - in this case, reaching out to HubSpot Support directly would be the best way to get it resolved.
