The privacy policy type option ‘Tell visitors that your site uses cookies and require opt-in’ sets a global message for all site visitors. It would be useful to be able to select what region sees the opt-in message. For example the message would only be seen by EU based contacts? Any contact from outside the EU wouldn’t see the message or need to opt in.

Is there any way to implement this within Hubspot using code rather than using the current settings?

Hello @Woodsy,

When enabling this feature it will turn it on for those coming to that form.

It will be up to you if you wish to decide or find a way to only be communicating to certain individuals.
