Prioritize groups in lead scoring

When using the lead scoring tool, I run into the fact that I cannot give a real raise a hand form priority. I cannot use the lead scoring to ensure that this person is immediately given the highest priority (score of 100). In this score group we have quotation and meeting request forms, these leads are so warm (since they perform the event themselves) that we would like to give them a score of 100 immediately.
