I completed the SEO course but I can’t print the certificate. Every time I click the download button, it opens a Word doc with a bunch of unintelligible code. How do I print this as a PDF?
Hello @MWeiser6 ,
Thank you for reaching out to the academy community page! I’m happy to help out with this. The download should open to a PDF file not word. Are you clicking the downlaod from here?
Thank you!
Anissa
I am. This is what I get. It doesn’t give me an option for PDF. Apparently, I’m not the only one who’s had this problem.
