Print workflows

How do I print my workflows?

2020 UPDATE:

Soooo happy!

2018 Longer A:

Printing HubSpot workflows (and anything else HubSpot) isn’t difficult, it’s just cumbersome and time-consuming. We use a variety of tools to 1) remove non-essential page elements (e.g., Chrome DevTools) before , 2) taking screenshots (e.g., FireShot), and, ultimately, 3) adding to an image editor (e.g., Photoshop, Lucidchart, or others).

not sure if you saw but the new export feature from within an automated workflow provides a decent print view of the workflow - FINALLY!

No only if we could have some way to print the workflow with a snap of the creative for the emails sent…or just additional flexibility. @hubspot

Hello @lbrown27

Thank you for sharing with the Community, you are correct this is a new feature.

In the workflows editor, open the “More” menu in the upper right. Select “Export.” Confirm your export in the pop up modal, and the workflow will download as an image onto your computer.
