I have a large number of email templates created in HubSpot, and finding the correct one can become very time consuming.
Currently, the only way to see the contents of a template is to fully select/open it. If it turns out to be the wrong email, you then have to back out and repeat the process again with another template.
It would be extremely helpful if users could simply hover over an email template name and see a preview of the full email before selecting it.
This would:
- Save time
- Reduce unnecessary clicks
- Improve workflow efficiency
- Make managing large template libraries much easier for sales teams
A quick hover-preview feature would create a much smoother user experience, especially for users with dozens or hundreds of templates.
