Currently have our email forms set to exclude HubSpot’s free domain list.
However, we’re now running into a problem where people submit abc@gmail.co, gmai.com, gimail.com, etc. Presumably, when they get the ‘red box’ for using a gmail address, they are deleting random letters and trying again. Is there any way for HubSpot to validate whether an email subdomain is real (e.g., yahoo.com, gmail.com, etc.) vs. misspellings?
For now, we are manually blocking the email domains we find.
