Prevent to add contact automatic form hubspot tracking code

Hey All,

I use hubspot tracking code and i also set email as identity for hubspot contact.

but when some login my web app and this user are not in hubspot contact.

Then hubspot automatically created contact based on email id.

So i to to prevent this.

Hey @ASavaliya , basically you have to disable “collect data from website forms”:

I don’t want to turn off non-hubspot form.So is there any other way to stop this by doing java script in my code.

Hey Ankur,

Not sure about this, as I’m not a developer. Something it might work out, if you’ve added the HubSpot tracking code with GTM, you can add an exclusion rule on this page so that the tracking code doesn’t load there. It’s not the cleanest solution but will do the work I reckon.
