Prefilled text size in forms

Hello!
I want to make my forms more attractive and i’m currently running into an issue with the size of prefilled tex being too large.
I can see that this question has been addressed before here

However i’m not sure if the interface has changed since but i can’t see how to change -- Settings > Advanced Options > Head HTML---

to add the css?
Can anyone assist?

If the the font-size is not customizable then you have to update the CSS in the theme. If this dosen’t resolve your issue then please share a screenshot of the code so I can help you in a more better way to resolve your query.
