pre-fill with snippets

Hi,

is it possible to pre-fill a meeting or call with a snippet, depending on which type of meeting/call is selected (without having to click on “insert snippet”)? Or is there any other possibility than using snippets to pre-fill the text section depending on the type?

Hi @Susanne12,

Not that I’m aware of, no. There aren’t any settings to pre-populate call notes without having to click anything.

However, you could further streamline the process by simply typing the pound key # followed by the snippet shortcut. For example, if it’s #default, I would find that more convenient than clicking through to the snippet.

thanks for your reply, what a pity. I had already discovered the shortcut option when creating the snippets, this helps a little.
