I have finished everything for the ‘Facebook Ads Training: How to Build Great Ads & Audience’ course, but the practical excercise is still stuck on ‘in progress’ even though I have completed it. I chatted with someone over the help chat, tried incognito mode, cleared cookies, tried on different browser…and still nothing. Can someone assist with this I’d really like be done with it please.

Thank you for reaching out! Are you referring to the, “Create a Facebook Lead Ad” exercise? I did check our backend and I’m seeing the exercise was started but technically not submitted. Is there a ‘check my work’ button the exercise page? If there isn’t, can you pleae click the ‘resume exercise’ button and try creating the ad again?

I did not mean to click accept solution that was an accident.
I’m having the same issue - where would this “Check my work” button be?
I there I am not seeing any check my work button. I have clicked resume excercise several times and there is no option to go through it again as there was before. I have even clicked on the restart excercise and it just takes me to the same page, won’t let me go through the ad creation again?
