I’m doing the HubSpot Sales Software course and I have already completed everything, even took the final exam, however, I’m not able to get the certificate because my “Create a Deal” exercise hasn’t been graded. It has been more than 24 hours since I submitted it. I would appreciate your help as I need to present the certificate at work today before noon.

You might want to make a new post for this. The community manager for Academy likely won’t see your reply here, but they will if you make a new post. You didn’t do anything wrong. I know getting and displaying your hard-earned certification is important. — Jaycee
@KMoss2529 You are all set! I’m pleased to inform you that your certificate has been successfully processed. To access it, simply navigate to the “My Profile” tab in the academy. Once there, you will find your certificate listed under the relevant section. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
