I have completed the course and passed the test for the Hubspot Sales Sofware but the practical exercises I completed last week still haven’t been grade despite.

Hoping some assistance for this matter,

Thanks

Hi @Dvice ,

Thanks for reaching out! I’ve taken a look at your certification and it seems that there are a few exercises that have been started but aren’t showing a completion. We can take a deeper look into these with you :slightly_smiling_face:
To further investigate, I just need a link to the deal created, the name of the sales template you’ve created and/or sent, and a screenshot of the saved filter you’ve created.

Thanks!

Hey @Dvice ,

Thank you again for your patience! We’ve just reviewed these practicals and confirmed you did in fact pass them as needed. I’ve manually graded these for you and you should now have access to this certification.
