Practical excercise not being marked as complete

Hi,

I’ve been trying to get my hubspot certifications done and i’ve answered the exams questions and did the required activities to move forward. However, on the practical excercise part, on majority of it, it does not being marked as activity completed and it has been 2 weeks since i left it off and my trial version which i used to gone through this excercise has already expired. Can anyone help me on this?

Thank you for reaching out to support. I am sorry you are having these difficulties with the certification. Can you go back and clicks ‘Start’ on all of the exercises. This should allow you to complete the course. Please let me know if you have any further questions surrounding this and I am happy to address them.

Hi @APernell,

I’ve tried that and its still the same. Previously Jocelyn has helped me on this but the same issue still persist where it does not update the progress. I’ve tried restarting,resuming & clicking on next one by one but its still the same.
