When I am creating a new social post, in the “Create New Social Post” screen, I have multiple accounts that I am choosing from. Most of the accounts are checked by defaulted. We have recently added a few more accounts that come in unchecked.
I have posts that don’t necessarily go to all of the accounts. My question is, usually in the case of a drop down or list with checkboxes, there is one box at the top that will either check ALL or uncheck ALL the boxes so you can either check them all, or select them one by one. This box does not exist within this screen. Can someone please comment if this is the same for them? If so, where can I submit this as a request? Thank you!
I can confirm that I do not have a check ALL or uncheck ALL option when selecting social accounts. I’m not sure whether this has ever existed within this tool or if it’s a bug. My assumption is that it is not a function of that tool; in which case I would suggest posting it as an idea to the ideas forum.
Thanks for the confirmation! I would like to submit this as a functionality enhancement. I think it makes sense given other “checkbox lists” offer the select all/none ability. I’ll look for the Ideas section and submit it!
