I have a query regarding engagement api.
I am calling the engagement api for updating contact activity from my application. In the request, I’m sending disposition, recordingUrl, etc. as metadata. Is there a way such that I could show that metadata as contact properties in contacts table?

You can add events to the Contact’s Timeline using Timeline Events.
