Pop up form overview

Hey,

I am adding pop up forms to various pages of my blog. I have realised however that some blog pages already have pop up forms assigned to them, so I want to make sure I am not adding pop ups to pages that already have pop ups and potentially spamming visitors.

Is there an efficient way to check which specific pages have pop up forms assigned to them, rather than having to go in and check each pop up form individually to check where is it being used?

Thanks!

@AMcCabe6 - In the ‘Webiste URL’ in the pop-up form builder you will be able to access the URL’s the form is set to show on, and the exclusions. Knowledge base article linked here.

If I may ask you friend, why add pop-ups to your pages in the first place?

How do you personally feel while going through an interesting blog article a popup comes in to distract you for a second? How do you feel with that?

If i’m to suggest,on a more personal level, why don’t you cut out popups from your blog page and use a more convenient strategy to capture leads?

My candid opininon though.

I don’t like and I don’t use popups on my pages. They suck.

Hey @AMcCabe6 if you’re using the HubSpot pop-up form builder, this actually automatically won’t load two popups on a page. If there are multiple pop-ups on the same page, the last updated one will always show, unless it has already been dismissed or filled out, then the next latest updated one will show.

This is covered within the FAQ here.

If you do not wish to have this take precedent over existing pop-ups, you’ll need to note the pages which have these pop-ups currently and set these urls as not targeted within your pop-up form’s settings.

Absolutely I understand your concern about avoiding duplicate pop-ups on your blog pages. A more efficient way to check which specific pages have pop-up forms assigned to them would be to access the settings or configuration section of your pop-up plugin. what There might be an option to view the list of pages where each pop-up form is assigned. This way you can avoid any potential duplication and ensure a seamless user experience.
