I just noticed that the playbooks now have a drop-down menu instead of listed options. I’m curious why this change was made. It was so much easier and quicker to select from the completely visible list rather than having to click the drop-down and scroll to find my choices.
We totally agree!!! Hubspot’s product development team should know that we are extremely frustrated with the new drop-down menus that were forced on us. As a group, we are not impressed that this “update” was implemented without informing or consulting us in advance. Our entire sales team use Hubspot constantly throughout the day, so any additional friction will end up causing huge inefficiencies in our work. Change for the sake of change is not the way forward. Our entire team is upset about this. It takes at least 3x longer to fill out the forms now. Who approved this? Checkboxes were so much more efficient.
We agree also and are very frustrated. We planned and have made playbooks with visible list and checkboxes for several thousands calls. Now they are changed with dropdown boxes all over which means more time in for the calling agents. We are looking for other solutions because we have to be very effective in these call. Dropdown boxes are very good for some properties and we appreciate the new possiblity, but we still need checkboxes.
