Playbook bug? No longer auto-updates underlying Object

Up until a few days ago, when we Logged a Playbook (typically as a Note), the underlying Object would reload and show all the updates from the Playbook.

Now, when we Log a Playbook, the Object does NOT reload, and it shows out of date content. If we manually refresh the page, we can then see the new updates that came from the Playbook.

This is… scary to our users, because they think they did something wrong as they completed the Playbook.

Instead, HubSpot has made a change for the worse - the old behavior was correct, and the new behavior seems like a bug.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any workarounds?

I’d recommend:

  1. Submit a support ticket with specific details about the affected playbooks/objects
  2. Document the behavior - note which types are affected and timing of when it started
  3. Check with other users in your org to confirm consistency

Since this was working correctly before, our support team can help investigate and get this resolved.
