It would be great if HubSpot had platform-level properties that were standard with every environment such as “Previous Month”, “Current Month” and “Current Year” that would always show the current/past month and current year when used. This would be helpful as personalization tokens in emails. For example, in my email I want to be able to say “you were qualified for the month of PREVIOUS_MONTH”. I know I can create a workflow that sets a custom CURRENT_MONTH property to whatever the current month is and another workflow that sets a custom PREVIOUS_MONTH property to whatever the previous month was, then update both workflows once a month so I can continuously enroll any new contact records, and then create a third workflow to continuously update the current month based on previous month. The issue with this is that it’s still very manual to have to update these workflows monthly.
