We use custom surveys in HubSpot as course evaluations for our students when they finish a course. The survey results are then shared with:
- Teachers (to review feedback on their specific course)
- Management (for quality assurance, accreditation, and improvement decisions)
Right now, there is no native “Export to PDF” option for survey reports in the Feedback/Surveys tool. This makes it hard to:
- Share standardized, read‑only reports with non‑HubSpot users (teachers and leadership who don’t work in HubSpot)
- Archive survey results in a consistent, printable format for internal reviews and documentation
- Quickly attach results to emails, meeting packs or board reports
We’ve tried workarounds (e.g., building separate reports, exporting Excel-file and then rework it to a visual PDF), but these are:
- Time‑consuming and manual
- Easy to get wrong or forget steps
- Not practical when we run many courses and surveys
Feature request
Please add a native “Export to PDF” option for survey/feedback reports that:
- Exports the full survey report view (charts + summary tables) to a clean PDF (also allow full long text answers to be exported)
- Respects the date range and filters we’ve set on the survey
- Allows us to quickly save or download that PDF for sharing and archiving
This would be especially valuable for education and training organizations (like us) who rely on surveys for course evaluations and need to present the results regularly to non‑technical stakeholders.
