HubSpot provides the option of automated payment reminders for recurring subscriptions but there’s no flexibility about which type of subscriptions will get the reminders.
I want to send renewal reminders for my annual subscribers but not to my monthly subscribers.
My current workaround is to rebuild the available message as a marketing email and send it as a workflow which can work but is far more complicated than being able to filter by subscription type.
