I feel it would be beneficial to be able to change it so that if a deal is moved to a certain stage in the pipeline the timer on the deal pauses and then restarts when moved out.
A good example of this is, if there is a deal in the production pipeline, but a fabric the customer wants is out of stock and they want to wait for it to come back into stock, the deal is moved to the deal stage awaiting fabric delivery. This then pauses the time taken to close deal timer until the deal is moved to the next stage.
We feel like a fabric choice being out of stock would not be in our power to change, and would like it so that the time taken to close a deal would reflect things only in our control.
