Passing UTMs

Hello!

I have a campaign I’m running across different channels, and I’d like to ensure I can see the source of conversions for each channel.

I am using UTMs (campaign, source, medium, content) on the URL to differentiate, but I’m not sure how to get the HubSpot form to pull in those UTMs into a hidden utm field to add the source, medium, and campaign to the contact as a way to see which channel is driving conversions.

Hi @zacbadgley,

The solution is simpler than you might think: You really just need to add hidden fields to your form that are named utm_campaign, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_content. Pass contact property values with hidden form fields

Once created and added, try and submit a form after opening a URL with test parameters. You should see everything register correctly on the contact record.

Best regards!

This solution does not seem to work on Meetings. There is not a way to make forms hidden on meetings and the parameters are not being captured when I tested it. I cannot seem to find a workable solution for this. I’m pretty disappointed that this isn’t a native function of a marketing platform like Hubspot.
Any ideas?
