Create a way to have the page a form was submitted on similar to adding"utm_source" as a hidden field property in forms to show where the lead came from.
it would be good to be able to add a field showing the page the form was submitted on.

We have our newsletter sign up form on multiple pages across our website
It would be great to be able to easily see which page is converting the most etc
