I try to synch Outreach.io with Hubspot and purchased Operations Hub for custom fields.
I want to automatically synch the “Stage” from Outreach.io with the “Lifecycle Stage” in Hubspot for contacts.
The main reason is simple. If a SDR works a lead/contact on Outreach, we want this reflected in Hubspot.
When I do select Stage, I’m unable to select Lifecycle Stage and vise versa.
One possible solution might be a custom field, that I would Synch in Outreach.io, but then I only can synch the lifecycle stage from Hubspot to Outreach.io and not the other way arround.

I had a quick look at the integration details and it looks like Lifecycle stages aren’t including in the custom field mappings. You could create a custom lifecycle property, purely for syncing with Outreach, and then use workflows to check that property against the deault HubSpot Lifecycle Stage property and update it when changes happen. Bit cumbersome but an option.
On more of a side note, what features/use are you getting out of Outreach that isn’t covered by HubSpot? I have used both in past jobs and found them equally matched in terms of features.
