I am having difficulties. Is the only way that I have the emails sent by the Outlook site created automatically on HubSpot by using the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in? Because I am new at that company, and the team informed me that before they sent emails by Outlook and it was automatically created on HubSpot without the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in, but something happened and they are not being automatically created on HubSpot.
Obs: All the personal outlook accounts are connected to HubSpot. Normally, the replies are automatically created, but if it was sent by Outlook, they are not being created on Hubspot.

This personal email connection simply allows you to send emails from within HubSpot from your connected account.

If you want emails automatically logged from Outlook, you need this add-in: Outlook-Add-in (Desktopversion) einrichten | Wissensdatenbank

Alternatively, you can log emails with the BCC address: Log email in your CRM with the BCC or forwarding address
