Original Source Drill-Down 2 Export Actual Not Internal Values

Exporting data in the Original Source Drill-Down 2 field return internal values. How do I export the actual values that are displayed in the WebUI?

Hi @singerandy,

I can’t reproduce this on my end, see screenshot below.

Is this happening for all contacts or for some Original source values only? This is a known behavior for Original Source = Other campaigns, see here, and for imported contacts, see this request in the HubSpot Ideas section.

Best regards!

Hi @singerandy ,

It doesn’t look like we can export the actual value for the original source drill down 2 properties. The best way to find the drilldown 2 values would be by the steps outlined in this article. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to grab a master list of all your internal values and their names.

What they could try is create a custom property and use workflow co copy the value from Original source drill down and then try to see if export will show them the UI values that might be worth trying.
Hope this helps!

I’m trying to export a list with Original Source Drill-Down 2 and I get an internal # vs. (for example) a list name. This makes it useless info in a report that I download. I’ll look at links above to see if there are any other answers.

Export options CSV vs XLSX. Oddly, exporting as Excel you get ID values that have no meaning, but export as CSV the textual values are exported.
