Add option to organize attachments or documents on a contact, company, or deal. Create sub-folders, if necessary to organize document attachments. Ability to remove email signature images or the like that aren’t needed, but get added as attachments in a contact record.
It would be so great to have another tab at the top of the record that included all attachments and documents shared with that record, whether that be company or contact.
I completely agree with this suggestion. Using the ‘BCC to HubSpot’ feature from Outlook is great, but not when HubSpot captures the same attachment every single time an email is sent. We sift through hundreds of attachments just to find one little document. The ability to categorize or create folders for attachments would be very helpful and speed up our internal processes.
It would also be nice to see a prompt when you are downloading a file that already exists in attachments to ask"Replace existing attachment or keep both" would be helpful. Why do you have folders for documents but NOT ATTACHMENTS?? WHY??
I agree!! We need the ability to organize these attachments (perhaps in SubFolders) AND the abiity to eliminate anythng like a .png or automated attachment that is created from someones email sign-off.
Also, would like the ability to download a group of attachments on various records or have them all in one location.
+1,000!
Yes!
Totally agree with this. I am working in the real estat industry and we have a lot of document to process for each contact.
We heard from a HubSpot Consultant that HubSpot was actively working on a new view for attachments that would be more tabular in nature. Unfortunately, no timeline given. @hubspot Can anyone at Hubspot confirm this or chime in here?
This is something our teams desperately need!! We need a method for keeping documents and contracts organized, ideally by folder, but even an option to sort alphabetically would be helpful. We also need a way to ensure irrelevant email features aren’t being auto-uploaded into the attachments section (like images, email signatures and file verifications).
Hi there!
You can find this native functionality in our HubSpot Box Integration.
Let me know if you have any questions, or if there’s anything else I can do to help.
Thanks!
Chris
