I wish to have an option to trigger someone in the workflow (ex CTA click, SMS message reply) and opt them out automatically.
There is an option to add them in static list, export and import them as opt-out, but… it’s 2018.
It is now possible to opt contacts out of email subscription types via workflow! Please see the “Manage subscription status” section of this article from our Knowledge Base for further information about this subscription management action.
