How can I create a report that lists opportunities without appointments?
This is what I was needing, thank you!
I was hoping to filter the results to just the contacts where the Last Meeting was <Today. However, yesterday when I used the ‘today’ filter, the date of 12/9 was entered. Today, the date is still 12/9.
Perhaps there will be some way to use a period (like today, this month, last month, etc) as a filter someday.

Yea … ‘today’ is actually a datepicker option (not a filter per se).
If you’re using HubSpot Marketing Pro you can achieve your desired results using the lists tool which supports rolling dates (i.e., “<1 Days Ago”).
Sorta. Basically, that list will only show contacts …
- associated with a company whose Lifecycle Stage is known
- AND who are associated with open deals
- AND for whom the ‘Last Meeting Booked’ date is ‘<1 Days Ago’
Just be aware, that future meeting booking dates also qualify as ‘<1 Days Ago’!
Once you tweak your list criteria the way you like, you can use that list membership as criteria for a view filter. Nice.

Can’t answer your question but like to chime in. I‘d like to have a report that shows the deals that pretend to be in the contract negotiation phase but there hasn’t been an evaluation/POC for the product they shall buy from us.
