To get more comfortable with the tool, for first steps, you might find this free certification useful: https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/hubspot-sales-software
If you’re looking for personal onboarding, then the HubSpot Solutions Directory and On the Bench are a great place to find solution partners who could help you with that. You could also browse the leaderboards in the community, a lot of the users are providing services.
