Object Cloning is here! Especially Deal Cloning! Yay! But currently, there is no way to restrict who can clone objects. If you are a Super Admin or can view and edit an object, you can clone one. This means any of our salespeople can simply circumvent our renewal pipeline by creating their own deals through cloning.
For the sake of my sanity and I guess the reliability of our sales data, we need this permission to be able to be restricted so reps don’t use it to copy over data they shouldn’t have access to.
