Notes Formatting - Checklist or Strikethrough? Bulk Task Entry?

Is it possible to have either a checklist feature similar to the bullet list but actually checkage, or a strikethrough feature (I use those interchangably depending on what’s available to me) so we can make lists within our notes?

What would really be cool is if we could then format that into creating tasks in bulk. Bulk task creation would be cool because each of our projects has a timeline sent with it in Excel that we then have to enter task by task, most of the time with the same information.

Yes I really need a checklist feature so we can check items off a list in a note. Strike through would work as well but, a check list that strikes it by itself like how google docs has it would be really helpful so I can stop using docs.
