We would love to use a new association event as a trigger in workflows.
This would be particularly helpful with updating deal properties when other properties change.
ie. when a deal is associated to a new primary company or custom association label, we’d love to use that as enrollment criteria for that deal.
Would be super useful, especially as associations become more powerful in HubSpot
This is really needed.
In my use case, I need to trigger a workflow to update other systems based on Appointment (custom object) updates.
Whenever a new Member (custom object) is associated with that Appointment, I need to trigger this workflow. I managed to use the Member’s property Email as a trigger, but it only works for the first enrollment, not for reenrollments.

You can use can use associations as a filter for an active list. You can then use list membership as a trigger in a workflow. We have used this method successfully for a number of different applications where we needed the association to trigger the workflow.
