Never Received Certification

I completed the Content Strategy course last week, but the system never generated a certificate. Can someone please figure out what’s going on?

If so, this is a “course” that isn’t part of a “certification” and therefore has no certificate.

In HubSpot Academy, there are “lessons” (songs), “courses” (albums), and “certifications” (playlists that combine lessons and courses, with an exam).

Thanks for getting back to me. If that’s the case, how can I prove that I completed this learning path? I never received any kind of email to show that I completed it.

you’re welcome @RLevySarfin9, there won’t be any “proof” available for non-certification courses. You can list it as a completed course on your resume, but I would suggest completing the Content Marketing certification which focuses on similar topics and also includes the power of storytelling lesson. This would give you a certification that you can share with others.
