Hello Everyone. I am using a free account for my team and I.
Using the account for our Business Development Efforts. I’d like to know if I can create a custom filter as shown in the pitcure - Contact Owner, Create Date, Last Activity Date, Lead Status.
I’d like to add another custom filter for Lead Stages. I tried doing it from Advanced Filters, however, I can only view the selected ones. I am unable to create a new filter with the lead stages options.
Could someone help me do it? Greatly appreciate your help!
The “All contacts” tab cannot be overwritten, but if you click this here, you should be able to customize columns, filters etc to your needs and then save it:
@AvinashBhaskar7 I’m not sure what exactly you’re referring to, but generally, yes, under “Advanced filters” you can select options from dropdown properties.
@karstenkoehler, thanks for the clarification. Let me explain:
I want specifically to create the “Lead Stage” where I can pick and choose what I want and the list automatically generates the same.
The reference is in the picture. I’d like to know if I can create the “Lead Stages” after Lead Status If so, kindly walk me through how I can do it
It sounds like you might want to create a custom property. On the free version, you get 10 custom properties. Here’s how to create a custom contact property. It seems like you’ll want to do the dropdown select option for property type.
Then, here’s how to create your contacts view. Instead of filtering on ‘Lead Status’, you’ll want to filter on your custom property. Don’t forget to save.
@AvinashBhaskar7 to clarify, “Lead Stages” from the new Prospecting Tool can’t be accessed via the filters for contact views, you’ll need to manage those leads from the Prospecting tool directly for the time being (I imagine more capabilities will be added moving forward since this is new).
In Prospecting, you can create filtered views for leads based on stages with this filter:
I was looking for the same. For example, we work by Industry. So it’s a nuissance to not have a drop down. The “Advanced” filters just removes records but do not provide a drop down capability. What we want is Filter selectors, but it is not possible to do them right now. You can only hard code new “Views”, not configure filters.
