Hello, we observed an unusual and quite problematic problem with our CRM, since a few days many Company names have been replaced by the Contact name, and some Contacts names by their Email address.
We import contacts lists sometimes, but even if the information in the column was replaced by mistake, how could it invert whole columns ?
Has it happened to anyone ?

Can you please navigate to a record of a company, click View all properties in the left sidebar, search for “company name”, hover your mouse over the Company name and click Details? This should open the right sidebar with a change history. If you can share a screenshot of that history, that’ll help with troubleshooting:
You should see a change history and who/what made the change.

Hi Karsten - I see you answer in variuous forums and have a very similar problem to this one, I hope you can help me. How can I see what the ‘analytics tracking code’ covers - and if it’s one of my non-Hubspot forms (eg my web app login form), can I then turn off that that form updates my contacts’ names ?
