Name On Certificate

Hi,

I had a naming issue on my social media certificate which unfortunately is yet to be resolved. I am currently close to rounding up my digital marketing course and I need to be sure that the correct name will be on the certificate this time. Kindly help with the confirmation. I would also appreciate if the old issue can be fixed.

Thank you for reaching out. Do you mind sending me HAR file to apernell@hubspot.com of when you are trying to download the socila media certificate? Taking a look at my backend tools your name is updated successfully so it shouldn’t be a problem with the new certification.

Hi.

I have concluded my digital marketing certification course and downlaoded the certificate with the correct name. I do appreciate HubSpot for this opportunity to learn and add value to myself. I would also appreciate that my first certificate on Social Media marketing can be downloaded with the correct name too.
