It’d be great to be able to name the export file before initiating the download from a contact or company view so that when I drag the file to my desktop, I know what the name already is.
Hoping this idea gets some traction. Not being able to name the export files is a problem when dealing with a large number of exports and you can easily lose track of which export has the data you want.
There also seems to be a recent change where exporting a view such as “all companies” gives the resulting export file the name “all companies”. This is a huge issue because now trying to opening multiple exports requires you to open and save them as new names otherwise Excel can’t open them because the name are exactly the same. This did not used to be the caes as the defualt name was someting like hubspot-crm-exports-all-companies-2024-05-30-2
