I typed notes under a specific client and saved them. A couple days later, I am looking for these notes and they aren’t there! I’ve never had this happen before. The notes dont show in activity feed or when specifically look in Notes. Everything else is there for this client. What could have happened and, more importantly, HOW CAN I GET THEM BACK?? Please help!

Are you a super admin or someone with limited permissions? Is there a chance someone might have limited your permissions to see notes? It would be a bit unusual, as someone would have also assigned this note to themselves for it to not be visible anymore, but it might’ve happened.
Alternatively, is there a chance another user might’ve deleted the note?
I’ve been using HubSpot for a very long time and haven’t had any issues with data disappearing. That’s why I’m thinking there might be a human element to this.
