1) the lead write his email
2) Second step, new fields and question appears after first submit :
Do you know how is possible to create this “multistep” form ?

At this time, there is no out-of-the-box way to create a multi-step form in HubSpot like the example above. This article walks through steps for a work-around to create a multi-step form in HubSpot though (tl;dr you have to create multiple pages with multiple forms on them and have them redirect to each other).
