I’m trying to create an automated task for when a new contact is added to our Contacts. I want to be able to cycle through which users get assign new contacts.
For example
User A
User B
User C
If 3 new contacts are added to the system I want the first to be assigned to User A, the second to User B, and the third to User C and to cycle through those users.
I have already set up the trigger, just need help on the task creation part. Thanks

I don’t think you can easily force HubSpot to assign contacts to reps in a specific order - that might require a coded action or an external process to iterate through the reps after each new lead is assigned.
However, you might be able to manage with the ‘Rotate owner’ workflow action, which will assign contacts in a workflow evenly between owners specificed in the action. So for three contacts and three reps, each rep would get one contact.
