Multiple stakeholders on a deal

Hi,

Our client asked us if there is an option to add multiple stakeholders to a deal.

When they set up a deal, they involve both end clients + several partners.

To see, for example, which partners are involved in a deal, it would be great if the deal can include multiple contacts/companies.

Is there a workaround for this somehow?

Hi @Pingo,

Deals can only have one associated company at this stage. Other users have already requested multiple companies per deal and the HubSpot product team is currently developing this feature.

Until then, your best option would be to associate the corresponding contacts. Additionally, it’s a bit oldschool but you could pin a note to the top of the deal record that has the information on all relevant companies. In this note, you can also include links to those companies.

All right, great to hear that they are working on this.

I had that in mind as well, to add a note with @Contact to the deal which can work as a substitute. I will check it out. Thanks.
