Multiple email domain

Hi Folks,

I see sometimes sender email addresses and/or whole domain get blocked while using sequences and/or marketing emails. I want to use multiple email domain feature to isolate my primary domain and email sending domains.

Could you please recommend best practices and ways to add multiple email sending domains?

Thank you in advance!

Rajib

Hi @Rajib_alimul

You can use the secondary domain to send emails because if you are using your own company domain as primary to send email then it may get blocked, as sometime people marked email as spam. So to avoid that you can create secondary domain other then your company domain.

You can refer to the link (CLICK HERE).

Hello Gaurav,

Thank you. It makes sense to add one email domain. Can I add multiple? While this seems to work with marketing emails, can we use this for sequences as well?

Warm regards

Rajib

Hi @Rajib_alimul

Yes, you can use multiple domains for each campaign you are running.

Thank you, man. Solved it!

Hello Gaurav:

Can we use a secondary email domain with Sequences in HubSpot Sales Pro? Our cold email outreach is damaging our corporate email deliverability. We do not have HubSpot MArekting Hub.

@JJachetta sales sequence does not take domain registration into consideration. You should be able to use any email address. But it is best to use other tools such as Apollo.io to send cold emails first and when you get responses, transfer the leads into HubSpot. Another way to optimize is to use workflow and sequence together for which you need sales enterprise. As a tricks, you can use 1-2 seats with enterprise to send colde emails.

We are currently sending the marketing emails using our primary domain. But, we want to move them to a new subdomain to reduce the risk of blocklisting. Once the new subdomain is created, do we just have to switch the Email Sending Domain in Hubspot and then we’re good to go?
Also, we don’t want to stop sending emails using our primary domain during the transition. How do I warm up the new email sending domain while keeping the current one active?
