With HubSpot itself, this is currently not possible, as far as I know. The product team is however actively working on multi-step form as you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Bo3T-nQ2WI
A few more weeks / months and we should probably get a beta for multi-step forms.

Hey @theDMM you can replace the “|” in the URL with your Hub Id, provided you’re on a US portal. However, the private Beta has now been rolled out to portals of all Hubs and Tiers, so you should see it now. When you’re creating a new form, you will be prompted on whether you want to use the new form editor.

Thanks for clarifying. I’ve used the link and requested access to the beta multi-step forms.
I am hoping (once we’re approved) that the multi-step form reporting capabilities are as straightforward as Klaviyo’s multi-step forms - It is very convenient to see the conversion rate/drop-off on each step on a bar chart.
@DavidVoigt @karstenkoehler I now have access to the multistep form.
However, there are a couple of issues I’ve encountered with styling the form:
1) You cannot change the position (i.e., centered, left-align, right-align) nor the size (i.e., full-width) of the buttons. We can adjust the padding for ALL buttons, but this is not ideal since it affects the ‘previous’ and ‘next’ buttons on the following steps. See screenshot below:
2) You cannot remove the ‘Previous’ button on steps after step 1. See screenshot below:
3) The analytics/report seems unclear for multistep forms. It currently shows page visits, visible on screen, interacted with, and submitted metrics. These metrics don’t provide the (1) total number of viewers and (2) conversion rates, nor the (3) user drop-off on each step. Having the aforementioned metrics for each step would make it much easier to visualize and optimize the performance of each step on the respective form.
4) Formatting such as image position etc should be separate for mobile and desktop devices. Currently, when making the form look nice on a desktop, it looks terrible on mobile and vice versa.
@SBiehle With the points above, which I find to be imperative for multi-step forms, I hope to leave this ticket as having no solution yet.
Hopefully, HubSpot will make these adjustments to the multi-step forms.
